Meet The Founders
Saela was founded by Kirsty Sinclair and Elke Richter, bringing together decades of experience across the professional skincare industry. Having worked closely with clinics, practitioners and thousands of consumers, they shared a belief that exceptional skincare should be both highly effective and enjoyable to use. That belief became the foundation for Saela, a considered collection designed to simplify routines without compromising performance.
Elke Richter
Elke has spent decades working alongside skin professionals, supporting clinics through education, product knowledge and industry expertise. Her passion for helping clinics build successful businesses and deliver strong clinical results for their clients has influenced every Saela formulation, ensuring each product is purposeful, effective and designed for everyday use.
Kirsty Sinclair
Kirsty has spent her career working in the skincare industry, helping build brands and bring products to market. Those experiences shaped a simple belief: exceptional skincare doesn't need to be complicated. It's about creating products people genuinely enjoy using every day.
